If you connect and reconnect your Traaqr Zoho integration multiple times (approximately 20), you may see the following error appear after attempting to connect again:
To fix this, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Go to your Zoho Accounts page. (If this link doesn't work, you can access your account by clicking the silhouette/user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.)
2. Click on "Active Authtokens."
3. Any tokens with the scope of "crmapi" and description of "Traaqr" that is NOT the most recently accessed are likely out of date and can be removed. Start by only removing the oldest tokens. To do so, select the tokens and click "Remove Selected."
That's it! After removing these outdated Authtokens, you can reconnect to the Zoho Traaqr integration.
